I have to confess I did not read the whole thing, but I wanna ask if I understand this clearly. If we were to setup a moon base we would have to find a way to cross from our time reference to the moons, and in doing so it would allow humans to exist without the negative effects of the moons soil? Also to this point the moon missions so far have existed in our time reference which allowed them to communicate with us via radio etc... Is it not just as feasible that the particles taken from the moon were actually exposed to larger amounts of radiation from the sun, thus causing the cancerous growth in the plants, and that our own atmosphere is protecting us from such large amounts of radiation. And if such is true, then a manned mission to Mars(with little atmosphere) would also yield soil, and water with those cancer causing properties found in the moons soil?

One uneventful December afternoon, while returning home on the Pacific Coast Highway,I had an encounter with a aerial vehicle of unknown origin. I now believe that we possess the capability to construct and operate craft way beyond known technology.It is my contention that anti-gravity craft exist.You may,or may not believe it. I know what I witnessed. They exist,somewhere,and man made them.This is my story.
